Europfast Internationale Spedition GmbH is very demanding when it comes to quality and environmental policy and was successfully certified against DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

Previously a company's success was primarily determined by productivity and price. Nowadays, a modern company is also required to exhibit a capacity for innovation, uniqueness, the ability to learn, a well thought-through product or service offering, flexible adaptation to changing market conditions and customer requirements and, of course, high quality. Companies can meet these enormous challenges by using a systematic quality management system.

The quality management system allows the company to define which requirements have to be implemented in the service and production arena in order to increase effectiveness and ensure quality in all departments/interfaces. Defective processes first become apparent in defective products. Experience shows that even a small error rate per supplier part significantly increases the probability of a defective and product.

By introducing a quality management system we have optimized our processes and interfaces, thereby demonstrably enhancing our ability to cope with the increasingly acute global competition.

The quality and environmental policy acts as a guide for all employees in discharging their duties. The management is responsible for ensuring that the quality and environmental policy is promulgated, understood and implemented throughout the entire company.
